Kennedy Space Center

The 10th Annual Melbourne Independent Film Festival will roll out the red carpet on Florida's Space Coast on November 14-15, 2008. Brevard County serves Barefoot Bay, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Cocoa, Grant, Indian Harbor Beach, Malabar, Palm Bay, Melbourne Beach, Melbourne, Merrit Island, Mims, Port St. John, Rockledge, Satellite Beach, Scottsmoor, Sharpes and Titusville.

Permitting

There are no permit fees. It is essential to contact the film office prior to any filming activities. The city or county will charge for particular services including fire and police, equipment etc. Fire and police costs range from $18-$25/ hour depending on the city.
